The holidays are finally here again!
After much consideration, i decided to enroll into Miss Jennifer's Cooking Course to spend my time fully.
For the 1st lesson, we learnt how to make carrot cakes.

Tasted the carrot cake. Must say though that for a first-timer, Tracy did pretty well...understand she did everything on her own except of course with instructions from the "chef"... Kudos to you, Tracy..
It was so delicious that I let my guard down on the spring onions.
